Do shipping costs have a cost?
No, our shipping does not require any additional costs. Shipping is included in all your purchases.
How long does it take for an ordered product to arrive?
The required shipping time varies from 1 to 5 working days.
We also remind you that our store is dissociated from unexpected events such as delays due to force majeure, as we are not responsible for these technical problems: such as holidays, weather conditions, epidemics and more.
Is it possible to locate my package?
Yes, it will be possible when we give you a valid shipping number for each product purchased.
You can find the code provided directly to your account as soon as the package has been shipped.
In any case, as soon as the tracking number is available, Restyle-vis will send you a confirmation e-mail informing you that the tracking number has been registered in your account.
Restyle-vis remember that the track code is very important not only for follow and monitor the shipment and delivery but also to check if the package is placed in storage.
What happens if I do not enter the house number in the address?
If you forgot to enter the house number in your address, the courier will try several days to deliver it to you without success, after which it will be deposited for a few days in the logistics and shipping center closest to the home address you entered. Following other delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the sender automatically without further communication.

What happens if I enter a name different from the one shown on the intercom or mailbox?
If you have entered a name different from the one on your mailbox or on your intercom, the courier will try several days to deliver it to you without success, after which it will be deposited for a few days in the logistics and shipping center closest to the home address you entered. Following other delivery attempts, the package will be returned to the sender automatically without further communication.

If I don't receive the package on time, what should I do?
If it's been 5 working days and you still haven't received your purchase, please contact us on our social networks or send us an email to clients.baggeans @ gmail.com and be sure to specify your name / surname & amp; order number. In the subject of the email specify "Order Not Received" and we will try our best to help you. In the rare cases in which the parcels are lost a second order will be resent, clearly at our expense, if there are problems with the second order (which is very rare), immediate refund is provided.
