Refund Policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at clients.baggeans @ gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

NB RETURNS IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASED THE PRODUCT WITH PAYPAL OR CARDS. IN ADDITION, THE RETURN REQUEST CAN ONLY BE MADE IN THE MOMENTS WHEN THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR WRONG WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT ORDERED.
Damages and problems
Please to inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Products in balance and gift vouchers
Unfortunately it is not possible to request a return for products purchased on sale, or for products purchased with gift vouchers.
Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to the original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post your refund as well.
